Job Title: Executive Sales Closer— Real Estate Services
Location: On-site San Juan, PR Job Type: Part-Time
Compensation: Commission-Based (Potential to earn $5,000+ per month)

Position Overview:
As a sales closer, you will be responsible for negotiating real estate contracts with property owners and converting inbound/outbound sales leads into closed deals. You’ll work closely with our acquisitions team, using your communication skills and real estate knowledge to guide sellers through the process from initial contact to contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to property owners from pre-qualified lead lists
- Negotiate and close real estate purchase contracts
- Build rapport and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- Manage pipeline of leads using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to align on deal criteria and pricing
- Meet or exceed monthly closing targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or real estate acquisitions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and basic investment principles is a plus
- Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English, etc.)
- Preferred: Previous experience in sales, real estate, or telemarketing
