We appreciate your interest in joining the Datum Situs team! Your primary function in this position would be to travel to the assigned property location to gather accurate property data, and required photos, for various real estate projects. This position does not provide appraiser trainee credit hours but offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and reporting property data accurately via our mobile app, along with any other necessary documentation required to complete the assignment.
This is a pay per assignment position. Work will be assigned directly with no bidding pools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field research to collect data on residential and commercial properties.
- Document property details such as square footage, number of rooms, land size, and any relevant features or conditions via the mobile app.
- Each work order must be scheduled within 48 hours of assignment.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered via the mobile app.
- Interact with property owners, managers, or relevant personnel to verify information and gather required property details.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive property information.
- Submit collected data within set deadlines and according to company guidelines.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have access to reliable transportation for on-site property visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills to interact with property owners and other stakeholders professionally.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
Documents Required to Continue with the Application Process:
- Copy of current state ID or passport—to verify identity.
- Proof of Professional credentials, if applicable (i.e. Appraiser/Appraiser Trainee, Real Estate Agent, Notary Public, etc.)
- Background Check Authorization: Due to the nature of the position offered and to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards, a background check must be performed via our background screening partner ABC.
